The Connexus teaching opportunity responds in particular to recent university graduates looking for an
experience which includes components of Christian service, travel, cross-cultural learning, and earning
an income sufficient to begin repaying student loans.

Although teachers relate to Connexus through an employment agreement, we encourage all of our staff
to consider themselves in Christian ministry. We value motivations of service, attitudes of humility,
dedication to excellence, wholesome and caring relationships, and Christ-honoring lifestyle choices.

Through Connexus, we relate to a variety of individuals and try to meet their needs through skill
development, cross-cultural awareness and relationship building. Conversations and friendships often
develop where people share and explore significant sharing, mutual learning, and questions of life
purpose.

We work in close partnership with several Mennonite mission offices in Canada and the United States.
If you are part of this larger Mennonite community we invite you to consider involving your church
