The IES course assists students planning to study abroad, applying for jobs with an
English requirement (ie: flight attendants, tourism), working in international business
within Korea, or others looking for a short term concentrated English program.

Students attend three hour-long periods a day, three times a week. Different teachers
teach each period, focusing on one of three language skills: writing, listening, and
speaking.

Teachers use academic writing and listening texts as well various discussion
materials for the three components. The intermediate to advanced language
levels for this class enables a more academic focus and provides an intensive
atmosphere for those needing more skill-building work.
